Description Der Montech XR Midi-Tower im Detail The XR from Montech is a midi tower with a very elegant front I/O and a design that resembles wood grain. It is also optimized for airflow and comes with a total of three integrated, powerful ARGB PWM fans ex works. With this, the manufacturer sets the basis for every gaming computer that focuses on cooling performance . The case consists of a sturdy steel construction, the side panel and front of which are made of tempered glass. The lid, the side of the power supply chamber and the rear side panel are provided with a fine mesh. The high air permeability benefits the cooling of your components. Montech XR: Elegant, compact and robust Both air cooling advocates and water cooling enthusiasts will get their money’s worth with this case: The Montech XR offers the option of installing a total of nine fans . Instead of on the front, two powerful 120 mm fans are pre-installed on the side. Three 120 mm fans can be installed on the lower power supply cover. A 120 mm fan is also pre-installed on the back. All three of the Montech fans can be controlled via PWM signal and have ARGB lighting. Three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans can be retrofitted in the lid. The height of the CPU cooler is limited to a maximum of 175 mm . Lots of space for radiators Montech has also made provisions for fans of AiOs or custom water cooling systems . Radiators of up to 240 mm can be mounted on the side. There is space for a radiator of up to 360 mm on the lid . Thanks to the generous mesh surfaces, a lot of air gets in and out of the case. To ensure the long-term effectiveness of your cooling and to make cleaning your fans easier, additional dust filters are attached to the side and in the base. You can easily remove, clean and reinsert them. Space for drives and well-equipped I/O panel The interior offers an exceptional amount of space for powerful hardware, for example for ATX motherboards and high-performance gaming graphics cards up to 420 mm long . The graphics card can also be installed vertically using the optional PCI bracket from Montech. Two 2.5-inch SSDs can be attached to the corresponding brackets on the back of the motherboard tray. Under the power supply cover of the Montech XR there is a drive cage for two 3.5-inch hard drives . Behind it there is space for an ATX power supply with a length of up to 230 mm. The I/O panel of the SKY TWO offers two USB 3.0 Type A ports , a USB-C port, a 3.5 mm jack socket for headphones and microphone as well as a reset button .
